Creatures from the Deep, the animal you see is an Dumbo octopus also known as Grimpoteuthis found on the ocean floor at depths of 300-400 meters, not bigger then 20 centimeters. I found this one in The Deep Gallery, a collection of photographs of deep ocean species on the web to promote the book The Deep, Extraordinary Creatures of the Abyss by Claire Nouvian.
