Dracula Bran Castle for Sale

Dracula’s Bran Castle, building date 1377, is for sale in Romania. The local government has first option to buy the 57-room Castle for USD 77 million. They have been given 30 days to consider the purchase, after which the castle will be offered to private buyers.
The Castle gets 450,000 tourists a year. Included in the sale are seven acres of forest, three smaller buildings and a rich collection of furniture and objets d’art.
