Earth-like planet, called Gliese 581 C, spotted outside solar system. The first planet found that could support liquid water and harbor life. Not to close or to far from its star. They have estimated that the temperature lies between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit). Water would be liquid. This is a key ingredient for life. Models predict Gliese 581 C is either a rocky planet like Earth or a water world covered by oceans.
