Google Earth Layer Update

Updated Content and Layers for Google Earth:
- Updated Earthquake layer (Data provided by USGS)
- Expanded National Geographic Layer, Europe, Asia, and South America added
- Updated roads in 26 countries in their local language
They also updated the Panoramio Layer (Geographic Web -> Panoramio), and added almost 2 million photos, up to ID: 6,700,000 (next update around March 15th).
