Most Expensive Flat Sold

The world’s most expensive flat has just been sold in London for £100 million (147 million euro). Sheikh Hamad, minister of Qatar, purchased the penthouse home in One Hyde Park, the most exclusive block in the world. The flats are part of a development at One Hyde Park, designed by Richard Rogers Partnership. They will not be ready until 2010.
