After 5 weeks of physiotherapy and some rest I can tell you that my rsi problems are almost solved. I changed my workstation (some ergonomic stuff) and now take so called “mini breaks” every hour. This seems to work for me.
“Preventing RSI in the workplace” covers all the important things to know.
I am fond of Fellowes, my new friend. It offers optimal support for my wrist and prevents pain. You still need to take your rest and mini breaks, but this helps me a lot. It does not stick and stays cool with hot weather.
