uTorrent 1.7 Beta Build 1652

uTorrent is an efficient and feature rich BitTorrent client for Windows. uTorrent is designed to use as little cpu, space and memory as possible. - Change: Treeview in addtorrent dialog should have same border style as the old listview
- Change: Treeview horizontal scrollbar size in addtorrent dialog tweaked to match old listview

- Change: Revamped installation backend including better handling of failure cases and checking of NT permissions for determining where to install

- Fix: Get rid of duplicate default button in install dialog, “Yes” should be the default now
- Fix: The requests column in the peers tab sorted by active requests then pending requests
- Fix: More tab order fixes to RSS dialog
- Fix: Crash with older versions of RSS history
